One gift I love to give during the holiday season is the evergreen Winterberry Dinnerware Set – Let me tell you why.
Firstly they feature a very tastefully done winter pattern that’s simply superb not only for Christmas but for the whole winter. The pattern is neutral enough so that it goes with any kind of setting – It features decorative holly berries with lovely branches on a white background.
It’s got a really classy look due to the thin green stripe around the edges and also has a an embossed filigree pattern in white. It’s doubly pretty thanks to the scalloped edges and the whole set has a timeless feel to it. It’s simply excellent quality – Pfaltzgraff is known for that and the person who receives it will be able to use them for many years.
The stoneware is are extremely functional and is microwave-, oven-, freezer-, and dishwasher-safe.
I also loved the scalloped edges on the pieces because that seems to dress them up a bit and make them unique instead of the just the simple rounded lines. For a unique practical gift that’s full of the holiday spirit you can’t beat the Pfaltzgraff Winterberry Dinnerware Set.

Do you want to gift a Christmas tradition? The Elf on the shelf kit is truly an out-of-the-world gift for families! It’s based o
n a really interesting tradition started by Carol Aebersold in the 1970’s.
A Christmas book filled with rhymes let’s kids know that Santa knows who has been naughty or nice thanks to his faithful elves. Apparently he sends and elf scout to every home – Our little elf keeps tabs on the kids behavior and then fills out a report to Santa each night when he returns to his assigned home.
The fun part here is that he hides in a different location each time. Having this elf on the shelf literally guarantees angelic behavior from most kids during the Christmas season and they also enjoy seeking the elf out the first thing in the morning! So if you wan’t to gift a lovely tradition in a beautiful keepsake box that creates lovely memories for the recipient & their families, the Elf on the shelf kit is the way to go!

stumbled across. Made entirely of wood and painted in a nighttime sky color scheme this exotic set features 24 dates all around an empty manger. Each date is actually a door and holds one magnetic character in it.
Anyone you gift this to will enjoy taking the character behind the door and placing them in center every day until Christmas. All the little figures have been beautifully hand-painted and they look quite lovely place in the three dimensional center.
All in all this is a solid quality gift item – The Wooden Nativity Advent Calendar is sturdy, durable and will last for many years to come.
So if you want to give someone a gift that’ll keep giving every year-choose this one!

If the recipient of your gift is a ‘Nightmare before Christmas’ fan then you’ve got some really interesting gift options to
consider! I quite adore their very special Christmas Countdown calendar which is a actually a plush countdown calendar.
The main stars of this calendar are Santa Claus, Santa Jack and Ooogie Boogie. Any person you gift this calendar too will have tremendous fun by counting down the days until Christmas – They just need to place Ooogies’s head over each passing date on the calendar. It’s more of a pre-Christmas gift but it’s something that both adults and kids will greatly enjoy doing.
So if you are looking for a pre-Christmas gift or just want tho help your friend or family member usher in Christmas in a novel fashion, just give them this plush calendar. The Nightmare Before Christmas “Christmas Countdown” Calendar is a definite must for fans.

This is one book that you or someone you gift this to is not going to want to put down! Based on a true story,
‘The Christmas Sweater‘ is all about family, faith and forgiveness. 12-year-old Eddie is disappointed when his mother gives him a handmade ugly sweater instead of the bike he was hoping for. That’s just the beginning of a poignant tale which beautifully illustrates how Eddie found his path through the storm clouds of life to truly understand the real significance of the heartfelt gift his mother made for him.
This lovely story will make you question what’s important and will have you looking at friends and family in a different light altogether. It’s an extremely compelling read that I’d highly recommend – It not only gives you hope but shows you the power of love and the real meaning of Christmas. Get a copy for yourself and then get a couple of copies to gift away – Your loved ones will cherish them.
